Hardware that has to work, at cloud scale.

I'm a technical program manager at Google Cloud. I work on the quality and reliability of the GPU and AI hardware that gets built, shipped and deployed across a global supply chain.

Profile

Quality engineering that learned to run programs

I started at Google as a product manufacturing quality engineer, close to the build, the test data and the failures. I moved into program management because the hardest quality problems rarely sit inside one team. They cross manufacturing partners, hardware engineering, operations and suppliers.

Today I run programs that connect those groups around GPU and AI hardware quality and reliability. The work is finding what is going wrong, getting the right people looking at the same data, and making sure a fix holds up at volume.

My degrees are in biomedical engineering, a field where reliability is part of the job description. I bring the same habits here: define the failure, measure it, and close the loop.

Focus

How I work on a problem

Detect

Find the failure early

Get to the data, sort real signal from noise, and define the problem clearly enough that people can act on it.

Align

Close the loop across teams

Bring engineering, manufacturing and supply chain partners onto one set of facts, owners and dates.

Sustain

Make the fix repeatable

Turn a one-time correction into a process that keeps working as volume and suppliers change.
